When are appointments available?
Appointments are on Thursdays between 9am and 5pm, at Cameron House or online. We agree a time together, subject to availability.
When will you reply to my enquiry?
I reply to enquiries and return calls during normal weekday business hours. Evening and weekend messages are picked up during those hours.
How often are sessions?
Sessions are usually weekly at the same time, helping the work feel steady and consistent.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed answer. We can review together as the work develops.
Where are face-to-face sessions?
At Cameron House, White Cross Business Park, Quarry Road, Lancaster LA1 4XF. If you have questions about arrival or access, please ask before booking so we can check what you need.
Do you work with adults?
Yes. Acoustic Counselling currently offers individual counselling for adults aged 18 and over.
