Counselling that fits real life

A consistent weekly space, wherever you are.

Online counselling can work well if you live further away, travel for work, have caring responsibilities or simply feel more at ease speaking from your own environment.

I mainly use Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, with other video platforms available by agreement. We’ll confirm the platform and joining instructions before your session.

You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection and somewhere private where you are unlikely to be interrupted. Headphones can help with privacy and sound.

How it works

Simple, private and clearly explained.

We speak first

A free 20-minute telephone call gives you space to ask questions and decide whether to continue.

We agree a time

We agree a Thursday appointment, usually at the same time each week. Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £50.

You join securely

I send the video link and joining instructions for the agreed platform. You join from your chosen private space.

Getting ready

Do I need an app or account?

On a computer, you may be able to join through your browser. A phone or tablet may need an app. App, account and sign-in requirements depend on your device and the meeting settings, so we’ll confirm what you need beforehand.

If using video feels unfamiliar, mention it in your initial enquiry so we can talk through the practicalities.
